Going to be a long journey ahead..

Right now, I'm riding back from Chicago to Champaign. The past weekend I had a blast, but also discovered one of my bleeding desires: to start some sort of a business. I want to provide a meaningful service to the world, and what better way to do that than starting an online business?

It all started with the trend of fidget spinners, and my friend getting them for about a dollar from alibaba. I was surprised, especially since they went at about 7$ at the local grocery store! The margin led me to ponder how much I'd be able to make off buying fidget spinners off alibaba and selling them on eBay. Not much obviously; people had already taken advantage of this margin.

Now I began to wonder, there must definitely be a service I can provide. Then I realized that I could fix retro gaming consoles and sell them for a higher price. That's my idea right now: buy broken retro consoles and fix them and sell them at a higher price. I have made some calculations, and on an average I think I'll be able to make a decent profit. Let's see how that works out. This blog will be updated weekly on Sunday evenings in order to help me keep track of my first business, and also to give the viewers insight into this online business.
